Our health is impacted by multiple interconnected pieces, and this can make building new habits and making changes hard. Health Coaching addresses these different aspects of health in a holistic way, allowing space to understand that each area of your health can affect the others. By taking a “whole person” approach to health, Health Coaching guides people in addressing the complex factors that drive lifestyle change.

At MB Wellness, I help clear the way for change by making your goals my goals. I partner with clients to create a plan and support structure for the changes needed to reach their goals and maintain them even after coaching ends. I offer a variety of coaching options to make the coaching process accessible to everyone.

Are you looking for a supportive group environment where you can get education, information, and encouragement for your goals? Do you have a good handle on making health behavior changes, but want some extra accountability and additional tips? Are you interested in coaching, but aren’t ready to make the full investment in one-to-one sessions? Then the MBW Coaching Collective is for you!

Coaching Collective members will get access to:

  • Weekly articles and education on a variety of health topics

One-on-one Coaching Sessions

Individual coaching sessions are available to those who want to work one on one in a custom format, or for former program participants who want to continue coaching after program completion. Individual sessions are 45-minutes each and include Monday-Friday email support outside of our scheduled session times. Because the coaching process takes time, there is a minimum commitment of 8 sessions for new clients. Individual coaching sessions are also available to MBW Coaching Collective members as an add-on at a discounted rate (valid only during active membership).

Total Investment: $70 per session, 8 session minimum commitment; discounted rate available for active MBW Coaching Collective members


The Team Effort

Interested in health coaching for your team? MB Wellness provides group coaching formats for corporate teams who are interested in feeling better and boosting productivity.

The Team Effort begins with a consultation call to talk through your team’s needs and the best format to meet them. From a one-time workshop at a retreat, to regular group coaching sessions I can accommodate what works best for you.
